Refund Policy

At PipeAgent, we are committed to providing reliable, production-ready data feeds for AI Agents. Because our services are digital and provided on-demand, our refund policy is designed to balance user satisfaction with the technical nature of API infrastructure.
01General Policy
Due to the digital nature of API access and the immediate consumption of server resources, all purchases of API subscriptions and Credit top-ups are generally non-refundable.
02When Refunds Are Issued
We will consider refund requests only under the following "Service Failure" criteria:
API Unavailability
The API feed you subscribed to has been consistently unavailable or broken for more than 48 hours, and we failed to resolve it within that timeframe.
Data Quality Issues
The data provided does not meet the specified Schema or is fundamentally different from the advertised content, and the Provider/PipeAgent is unable to correct it.
Billing Errors
We will issue a full refund for any confirmed double-billing or technical errors caused by our Stripe integration.
03How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact support@pipeagent.dev within 7 days of the transaction with the following details:
- Your API Key (or Account ID)
- The specific Data Feed ID
- Evidence of the issue (e.g., error logs, screenshots)
04Refund Process
Once approved, refunds are processed via Stripe.
The funds will be returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.
05Abusive Usage
We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we detect excessive API calls that demonstrate intent to "scrape and run," intentional manipulation of data to trigger a refund, or violations of our Terms of Service.
